Dinner tonight was delicious! Even though it wasn't pasta, it was decadent nonetheless. On the menu -- NY Strip with Sage Garlic Butter, Crispy Garlic Polenta Cakes and Sweet Potatoes with Caramelized Onions. For dessert? I think that I'll have a cornmeal cookie and a Kahlua and Cream. I think that I'll sleep very well tonight!
